為了迎接新年，我們學(xué)校準(zhǔn)備舉行英語趣味競賽。
英語楊老師在班上宣布完這個消息后，其他的同學(xué)置若罔聞，我卻心血來潮，想?yún)⒓舆@次英語競賽，讓老師對我刮目相看。媽媽也鼓勵我，說這也是個機(jī)會，可以嘗試一下。
第二天，我走到楊老師辦公室門口，深呼吸了一下，朝著屋內(nèi)說：“報，報告！”楊老師抬起頭，看著我笑了笑。我走到他的桌子前，小聲地問道：“楊老師，我…我可以參加這次英語競賽嗎？”我不安地猜想著：名額會不會已經(jīng)夠了，老師是不是不放心我？結(jié)果楊老師不但同意我參加，還給了我許多鼓勵：“王牧虹，你是整個三年級唯一的一個表演講故事的。沒關(guān)系，你大膽去準(zhǔn)備，不管結(jié)果怎樣，重在參于嘛！”

回家以后，我選了一個英語小故事——城里老鼠和鄉(xiāng)下老鼠。媽媽還給我買來一對可愛的'手偶。我每天晚上在家里練習(xí)動作、溫習(xí)臺詞。雖然已經(jīng)把故事內(nèi)容背得滾瓜爛熟，但是我依然刻苦練習(xí)，生怕表演時忘了臺詞，那可就丟人啦！
好不容易到了表演的前一天，楊老師讓我給他表演一遍。我特別緊張，雖然還不是正式表演。我很順利地給楊老師表演了一遍，他說我表演地非常好，準(zhǔn)備得也很充分。這些話給了我很大的自信。
演出前，我的心仿佛要跳到嗓子眼了，真的好緊張啊！上臺前，楊老師鼓勵我：“不用緊張，只要表情自然、動作協(xié)調(diào)、臺詞準(zhǔn)確，就ok啦！”他還幫我換衣服——一件漂亮的紗裙，可是，不知怎么了，裙子的拉鏈怎么也拉不上去。這時我更加緊張，沒辦法，只好不穿嘍！楊老師像媽媽一樣溫柔地看著我，真誠地微笑著說：“也沒關(guān)系，重點(diǎn)看表演，誰看服裝呢，我看你穿這黑毛衣也非常漂亮！”
我繪聲繪色地給大家講完了故事。表演十分成功，贏得了雷鳴般的掌聲，我心里無比的快樂和輕松。走下來時，楊老師緊緊地抱起了我，那一刻，我仿佛沉入了幸福的海洋……
