Knowing what an employer is looking for in a potential employee can help us to prepare for an interview. An interviewer may have such questions in his mind: What specific skills am I looking for in the people who apply for a job? And how do I identify these skills?
First, most important for him in the way of skills is the ability to communicate —— can people speak clearly? Can they express the kind of person they believe themselves to be? In what kind of situation do they perform well? What are their strengths and weaknesses? So what he’s looking for is an ability to verbalize an idea in clear, simple, understandable language.
Second, he is looking for creativity. He will ask some “odd” questions. How do they respond in these tough situations --- can they be creative with their answers? This is very important when they are out in business situations with customers. They will have to respond to very sudden changes and problem-solving situation that they are not familiar with, and the interviewer wants to know if they can handle them.
Third, what he looks for the most are personal qualities ——assertiveness, drive, ambition and a competitive instinct. They should be high achievers and want to work hard. How they present their experiences?For example, an assertive person will say, “I can do these things” and “I decided in this course of action,” whereas a more passive person might say, “These are the experiences I have had.” All of these things desCRIbe the person in some way.

十月銀桂,冷霜輕點(diǎn)素窗,一場(chǎng)秋雨一場(chǎng)寒,銀桂清香被無聲抖落,卻抖不落晝錦學(xué)子誦讀英語的高亢氣概。寒秋晨,睡眼尚朦朧,迷迷糊糊地坐在教室。誦讀師干練的馬尾也已扎好,嗓音清脆洪亮:“晝錦讀書法第一式!”頓時(shí)教室里廢棄了一群紅鴿,與此同時(shí)八百多紅鴿自由的飛翔在美麗的'、晝錦中學(xué)的上空,伴著一陣讀書聲,飛過英語的海洋……
小紅書放下,心中心愿未了,十一日寒梅未綻,舞臺(tái)燈已點(diǎn)亮。要英語誦讀比賽了,站在舞臺(tái)上有些發(fā)抖,看著那熟悉的英語頁子,粘在金色卡紙上更顯輝煌。主持人口令一下,習(xí)慣性的據(jù)其他,口中念念有詞仍是,一個(gè)個(gè)可愛的英語單詞。恩師在臺(tái)下不停做著手勢(shì),口里英語像一個(gè)頑皮的孩子,在舌頭上蹦蹦跳跳,跳出口腔。一詞,一句,一段,從未停下。
