It's not too late to start from now on if we don't get into the habit when we are young. Now that I've talked about health, let's take me as an example and tell you a story about my health.
如果我們年輕時不養(yǎng)成這個習慣，從現(xiàn)在開始還不算太晚。既然我已經(jīng)談到了健康，讓我們以我為例，告訴你一個關(guān)于我健康的故事。
That's when I just remember. One day, it was sunny and hot. I was chasing and playing with some of my friends in the playground of the park. We had a good time. Time is running by and we have a lot of sweat on our bodies, but we have no intention of stopping at all.
那時我才記起。一天，陽光明媚，天氣炎熱。我在公園的操場上和我的一些朋友追逐玩耍。我們玩得很開心。時間在流逝，我們身上有很多汗水，但我們根本不打算停下來。
It wasn't until late evening that we were followed home by our family. After returning home in the evening, my mother cooked hot water for me, and one asked me to go home for a bath. But I didn't respond. I sat on the sofa at home and stared at the TV in the living room. Mom saw me and I didn't respond to her, so she walked out of the bathroom and came to my eyes.
直到深夜我們才被家人跟蹤回家。晚上回家后，媽媽給我煮了熱水，其中一個讓我回家洗澡。但我沒有回應。我坐在家里的沙發(fā)上，盯著客廳里的.電視。媽媽看到我，我沒有回應她，于是她走出浴室，來到我的眼前。
Mom looked at me and asked me to take a bath again, but I mumbled and didn't respond. Finally, my mother said, "today, your friends are playing. They are sweating a lot. They have to take a bath tonight. We need to be clean." My mother's words didn't move me who was always stubborn. I replied to my mother, "I think I'm clean. It's OK not to take a bath today." "In the afternoon, but you said you were sweating." Mom said that, then turned around and went to the bedroom, then took out a small mirror, "look, the sweat on your hair hasn't dried yet?" I stopped talking at once. My mother crouched down to me and said, "we should be clean and hygienic in our life, so that our bodies will be healthier." Later, I was talked about by my mother, and then I went to the bathroom to take a bath.
媽媽看著我，讓我再洗一次澡，但我咕噥著沒有回應。最后，我媽媽說：“今天，你的朋友們在玩。他們出汗很多。他們今晚得洗澡�！拔覀冃枰３指蓛簟！蔽夷赣H的話并沒有打動我，因為我一直很固執(zhí)。我對媽媽說：“我想我是清白的。今天不洗澡沒關(guān)系�！薄跋挛纾阏f你出汗了�！眿寢屨f，然后轉(zhuǎn)身去臥室，拿出一面小鏡子，“看，你頭發(fā)上的汗還沒干？”我立刻就不說話了。媽媽蹲下來對我說：“我們應該保持生活的清潔衛(wèi)生，這樣我們的身體才會更健康�！焙髞�，媽媽談起我，我就去了浴室洗澡。
Up to now, I have always remembered my mother's saying that we should be clean and hygienic in our life, which is also responsible for our own health. How many people in our lives are sick because they don't pay attention to health.
到目前為止，我一直記得我母親說過的話，我們應該在我們的生活中清潔和衛(wèi)生，這也是對我們自己的健康負責。我們生活中有多少人因為不注意健康而生病。
