With the development of technology, people can do some operations to make their faces look prefect, even to look much younger than their real ages. When we see the commercial ads, we can find the stars look gorgeous, we are so envy about their young faces.

　　隨著科技的發(fā)展，人們可以通過一些手術(shù)來讓他們的臉看起來完美，甚至看起來比實(shí)際的年齡年輕。當(dāng)我們看到商業(yè)廣告時(shí)，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)明星看起來很漂亮，嫉妒他們年輕的容顏。

　　But to me, I think the secret of keeping young is not by surgery operation, but to keep a healthy lifestyle. Today, young people are living an unhealthy life, they like to stay up and wake up at the noon. Young people form the habit of taking activity at night while sleeping in the day. How terrible it is, they are damaging their bodies, their bodies will get older than the normal speed.

　　但是對于我來說，我覺得保持年輕的秘密不是通過外科手術(shù)，而是保持健康的生活方式。今天，年輕人的生活方式很不健康，他們喜歡熬夜，中午才起床。年輕人養(yǎng)成了在晚上活動(dòng)，白天睡覺的習(xí)慣。這是多么糟糕啊，他們是在損害自己的身體，他們的身體比正常的'速度老化得快。

　　If people sleep early and wake up in the morning, do some exercises and keep the balance diet, they will look young. So don’t expect the surgery to help look young, it is harmful, only the healthy lifestyle does.

　　如果人們早睡早起，做運(yùn)動(dòng)，保持平衡的飲食，他們會(huì)看起來年輕。所以不要期望通過外科手術(shù)來變得年輕，那是有害的，唯有健康的生活習(xí)慣才能讓你年輕。
