　　請假條

　　便條是書信的一種形式，特點(diǎn)在于其內(nèi)容比一般書信更簡短，用于詢問，留言，通知，要求等。便條分為兩種形式：一種是請假條（病假，事假，續(xù)假）；一種是留言，通知等。便條的基本組成部分是：日期，稱呼，正文和署名。
