元宵節(jié)有個(gè)習(xí)俗就是吃湯圓，寓意著讓每家團(tuán)團(tuán)圓圓，今晚奶奶“權(quán)力下放”，把煮湯圓的重要任務(wù)交給我來(lái)執(zhí)行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任務(wù)，生怕煮破了，因此心里好像揣著一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我想起以前奶奶教我煮湯圓的經(jīng)驗(yàn)：先將糯米粉用開(kāi)水調(diào)和成皮，注意水不可以太多，多了會(huì)過(guò)稀;也不能過(guò)少，少了沒(méi)粘性。然后取一塊皮在手掌中搓成圓形，再用手指在上面按一個(gè)窩，把芝麻搗碎做餡，放在里面“包”好。放餡時(shí)一定不可以太貪心，否則會(huì)把皮的“肚子”給撐破的。終于包好后，可以下鍋了。我又按照奶奶說(shuō)的煮湯圓的四個(gè)訣竅：“開(kāi)水下鍋，慢水煮，點(diǎn)冷水，勤換水”于是便將自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放進(jìn)水里。沒(méi)多久，可以起鍋了，掀開(kāi)蓋子，只見(jiàn)一個(gè)個(gè)雪白的湯圓漂浮在水上，彼此緊貼著，好像一粒粒大珍珠，看得我直流口水，將它們舀到碗里，聞著那香噴噴的味道，忍不住先咬了一口，真好吃啊，又香又糯。我剛把湯圓端上桌，大家就狼吞虎咽的吃開(kāi)了。大家高興地吃完了我煮的湯圓，“美食家”奶奶還給我打了一個(gè)九十五分，夸我長(zhǎng)大了，懂事了。我興奮不已，第一次煮湯圓就得到這么高的評(píng)價(jià)，我心里美滋滋的。
品嘗著自己親手做的湯圓，覺(jué)得特別好吃，心里特別開(kāi)心。盼望著明年元宵節(jié)時(shí)再做更好吃的湯圓給大家品嘗。
