　　本人性格開朗、責任心強，待人友善，善于學(xué)習，敢于創(chuàng)新、工作思路清晰，執(zhí)行能力強。在碩士期間，我已經(jīng)修讀課程包括分子生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)實驗技術(shù)、細胞遺傳學(xué)實驗技術(shù)、高級生物化學(xué)實驗技術(shù)、醫(yī)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)實驗技術(shù)、實驗動物學(xué)、SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件等專業(yè)技術(shù)課程、同時也系統(tǒng)學(xué)習了綜合英語、自然辯證法與科學(xué)社會主義等通識課，具有扎實的醫(yī)學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)；通過研究生階段的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習和培訓(xùn)，目前熟練掌握分子生物學(xué)及免疫學(xué)實驗技術(shù)。研究生階段主攻方向為：新型氣體分子硫化氫對氧化損傷心肌細胞的保護作用及機制。通過該課題實施不僅系統(tǒng)了解掌握了心肌細胞的培養(yǎng)、分離、純化等細胞培養(yǎng)技術(shù)及常規(guī)指標檢測方法，而且提高了獨立分析解決問題的能力，最終以優(yōu)異成績獲得論文答辯。近年來主要從事職業(yè)衛(wèi)生與健康方面的研究，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇，承擔湖北省教育廳科研項目1項，獲十堰市軟科學(xué)項目二等獎1項。

　　以上這些工作為我以后在讀博期間的學(xué)習打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。在博士期間計劃學(xué)習有關(guān)干細胞與腫瘤治療方面等相關(guān)理論知識及研究進展，進一步分析研究其機理。我的總體學(xué)習目標是通過專業(yè)研修增強自己對腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的認識、對其未來治療方向有更清晰的了解。博士入學(xué)后三周內(nèi)，在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下作好個人課程學(xué)習計劃。第一年以課程修讀為主，開展一定的實驗室研究，積極參加各種學(xué)術(shù)、文體活動，在課程修讀結(jié)束時結(jié)合所掌握的經(jīng)驗和學(xué)習的知識擇選出自己具體主攻的方向，按照學(xué)校要求開展博士期間的學(xué)習與研究。在論文工作期間每學(xué)期至少在二級學(xué)科范圍內(nèi)作一次學(xué)術(shù)報告；博士生在學(xué)期間聽取30次以上學(xué)術(shù)報告，在讀期間至少要在著名期刊上發(fā)表 2篇以上學(xué)術(shù)論文， 并順利完成博士畢業(yè)論文。
