　　留學(xué)如何寫好推薦信

　　在出國申請的諸多文件中，推薦信的分量僅次于成績單和語言成績。它起著從側(cè)面介紹、證明申請人的作用，具有很強(qiáng)的客觀性。為了簡化申請流程，多數(shù)申請人都自己寫好推薦信后請推薦人簽字，因此，撰寫推薦信也成為申請人的必修課程之一。

　　全面選擇推薦人與被推薦者有著或曾有過密切工作關(guān)系的人或熟悉其能力水平的人士都是最佳人選。譬如在大學(xué)比較了解你的教授，在工作單位里的頂頭上司或是你參與的其他社會(huì)組織，如各種學(xué)術(shù)和慈善團(tuán)體的負(fù)責(zé)人。盡量避免請同一類型的人寫推薦信，應(yīng)該給人以全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。三封推薦信應(yīng)該用不同的風(fēng)格，至少用不同的語氣和內(nèi)容。推薦人名頭并非越大越好不管是請什么級(jí)別的人來寫，一定要體現(xiàn)該推薦人和申請者是如何相識(shí)的，是什么關(guān)系，并確實(shí)了解申請者的情況，這樣才合乎情理和邏輯。可以找一個(gè)熟悉你的人寫其中一封，因?yàn)樗亲盍私饽愕娜�，可信度比較高。如果認(rèn)識(shí)國外大學(xué)的教授，請他們寫推薦信更有效。不用做到面面俱到盡力表現(xiàn)出申請人獨(dú)到的優(yōu)勢。一般中國學(xué)生的推薦信都是相似的：學(xué)習(xí)刻苦，善于鉆研，樂于助人，是所教過的最好的.學(xué)生等等。這樣的推薦信無法讓招生人員留下深刻印象。推薦點(diǎn)應(yīng)著眼于申請者自身獨(dú)有的一些閃光點(diǎn)。但推薦點(diǎn)切忌過多，一封推薦信中有一個(gè)主要的閃光點(diǎn)即可。不要整篇文章充滿了贊美，卻不舉一件事例來證明，一個(gè)實(shí)例勝于長篇大論�？梢赃m當(dāng)寫幾個(gè)不重要但很中肯的小缺點(diǎn)，增加真實(shí)性。

　　留學(xué)推薦信的完整格式

　　一封推薦信除了信頭、發(fā)信日期、收信人姓名、稱呼、信尾謙稱、簽名、推薦人姓名、職務(wù)等必需部分之外，正文內(nèi)容說明應(yīng)包括下列各項(xiàng)：

　　被推薦者的簽名——為便于對方查詢，被推薦者的簽名僅寫“ｍｒｗａｎｇ”或“ｍｉｓｓｚｈａｎｇ”是不夠的。用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的漢語拼音或英文拼法都可以，但必須由被推薦者自己提供，且前后必須一致。

　　認(rèn)識(shí)被推薦者的時(shí)間（ｈｏｗｌｏｎｇｈａｖｅｙｏｕｋｎｏｗｈｉｍ／ｈｅｒ）——何時(shí)開始認(rèn)識(shí)，或認(rèn)識(shí)了多久。

　　認(rèn)識(shí)程度（ｈｏｗｗｅｌｌｄｏｙｏｕｋｎｏｗｈｉｍ／ｈｅｒ）——是偶爾見面還是關(guān)系密切，或僅教過一年還是擔(dān)任其導(dǎo)師。

　　與被推薦人的關(guān)系（ｒｅｌａｔｉｏｎｓｈｉｐ）——師生關(guān)系，上、下級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系等。

　　被推薦人的表現(xiàn)（ｐｅｒｆｏｒｍａｎｃｅ）——學(xué)習(xí)上、生活上、課堂上和課外活動(dòng)上的表現(xiàn)。

　　結(jié)論意見——愿意推薦或不愿意推薦，無保留或有所保留的推薦、普通推薦或極力推薦，必須明確，當(dāng)然極力推薦為最好。以上六項(xiàng)是任何一封推薦信所必須包括的，缺其中任意一項(xiàng)則都會(huì)失去函件應(yīng)有的功能或會(huì)大大降低推薦的效果。

　　被推薦者的簽名——為便于對方查詢，被推薦者的簽名僅寫“mrwang”或“misszhang”是不夠的。用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的漢語拼音或英文拼法都可以，但必須由被推薦者自己提供，且前后必須一致。

　　認(rèn)識(shí)被推薦者的時(shí)間(howlonghaveyouknowhim/her)——何時(shí)開始認(rèn)識(shí)，或認(rèn)識(shí)了多久。

　　認(rèn)識(shí)程度(howwelldoyouknowhim/her)——是偶爾見面還是關(guān)系密切，或僅教過一年還是擔(dān)任其導(dǎo)師。

　　與被推薦人的關(guān)系(relationship)——師生關(guān)系，上、下級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)系等。

　　被推薦人的表現(xiàn)(performance)——學(xué)習(xí)上、生活上、課堂上和課外活動(dòng)上的表現(xiàn)。
