1．在信中你必須要以一兩句話來表達(dá)你為何會對你所應(yīng)征的工作感興趣。
2．告訴收信人你是從何處獲悉對方有職位空缺，這實(shí)際上是協(xié)助對方從事他的招聘統(tǒng)計(jì)工作，例如是報(bào)紙廣告，或電臺、政府勞工處等等。
3．告訴對方與你有關(guān)的教育、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，甚至是與此有關(guān)的個人興趣、嗜好等。如果你只是剛離校門，也不妨告訴對方你曾做過何種暑期工作，雖然并不一定有關(guān)連，但起碼向?qū)Ψ奖硎灸憔哂泄ぷ饕庠浮?/p>
4．提供你的若干個人資料，例如年齡、婚姻情況、興趣、種族、你所參與的團(tuán)體活動等。
