1、由于違約，或做錯了事，說錯了話，或是因服務(wù)不周造成了某種不良后果， 當(dāng)事人必須為此道歉。 書寫道歉類便條時要注意：
(1)要言辭懇切，誠心誠意，指出自己并非故意傷害或開罪對方，切忌對自己的 過失作過多辯解。
(2). 要請對方諒解自己的過失或給對方帶來的不便。
(3). 需要使用 I’m sorry, I apologize 等字眼明確表達(dá)自己的歉意。

(2). 道歉的具體理由。
(3). 彌補(bǔ)方法。

It is my essay on history my teacher called me this morning and asked me to revise my essay in her office, so I guess I have to spend a whole day there. 因遲復(fù)來信致歉Because of answering one’s letter late
Dear David:
I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, December sooner, but when I have told you the reason, I trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. When your letter arrived, I was just in Hong Kong. As my family could not forward it to me during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment when I took it up.
